We have worked to make renting our home a simple and secure process. In the subpages to this one you can check availability, rental rates and deposit requirements. Once you have decided to rent there are just a few steps to follow:
You (the renter) Simply send an eMail to us at Kris@PinkHouseStCroix.com. In your email, please indicate:
- the desired dates for your stay,
- your name,
- the number of of people who will be staying with you,
- your email address, home address and,
- telephone / mobile phone number(s).
We (the home owners) will then respond to you with an email that confirms availability of your requested dates, requests payment (using a link to Paypal for credit card payment), and which includes a lease agreement for you to sign and fax back to us.
Once we receive payment and a signed lease agreement, we will send a confirmation email with logistics (key drop etc...), some instructions (how to use appliances etc...) and our home is yours to enjoy.
